BORDERLAND LODGE IS NOW HIRING FOR THE 2024 Season (may-October).

General overview

responsibilities include…

• Housekeeping (5 cabins & 3 lodge rooms + communal main lodge space)

• grounds maintenance, boat and watercraft care

• Food service – breakfast & weekly dinner service

• Customer service – responding to guest needs & requests in a friendly and timely fashion

THe ideal candidate…

• upholds our high standards of cleanliness and customer service

• is flexible and adaptable

• Is a people person

• is interested in exploring the outdoors and learning about the area – whether that is hiking, fishing, canoeing, etc

• Is reliable and can positively represent the lodge within our small community

Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay rate starting at $16.50.

Housing & utilities covered in a lakeside cabin with some of the best views of gunflint lake. Staff have their own bedroom and bathroom (no bunking). We do not collect rent payment from staff.
